This trial tests a combination of targeted radiation and special immune cells (CAR T cells) for children and young adults whose bone or soft tissue sarcoma has come back or not responded to standard treatments. The CAR T cells are made from your own blood cells and are designed to attack a protein called B7-H3 found on the sarcoma cells.

Who can take part
- You are 21 years old or younger and have osteosarcoma, Ewing sarcoma, rhabdomyosarcoma, or another soft tissue sarcoma that is B7-H3 positive.
- Your sarcoma has come back after initial treatment or has not responded completely to standard therapy.
- You have at least one tumor that can be treated with a special type of focused radiation.
- You are generally active and able to care for yourself (performance score of 60 or higher).
- Your heart, kidneys, lungs, and liver are working well enough, and your blood cell counts are adequate.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you agree to use contraception if sexually active.
