B7-H3 CAR T cells for relapsed solid tumors

Who can take part

  • You must have a solid tumor (like neuroblastoma, sarcoma, or Wilms tumor) that has come back or not gotten better after standard treatments.
  • You must be between 2 and 30 years old.
  • You should have at least one tumor that can be measured or seen on scans.
  • You must have had at least 2 weeks off your last cancer treatment (or 5 half-lives), and 3 weeks off radiation.
  • Your kidneys, liver, heart, and lungs need to work well enough based on blood tests and a heart echo.
  • You cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding, and must agree to use birth control for 4 months after treatment.
