Who can take part

  • Be 21 years old or younger
  • Have a solid tumor that tests positive for B7-H3 (from a recent tumor biopsy) and have measurable disease you can track
  • Have had your cancer return or not respond after standard first treatment
  • Be well enough to tolerate treatment (performance score about 50 or higher) and have expected survival longer than 8 weeks
  • Have heart, kidney, lung, and blood tests that meet study safety cutoffs (including enough red cells, platelets, and white blood cells, and acceptable oxygen level)
