Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 65 years old.
- You have a diagnosis of bipolar I, II, or bipolar not otherwise specified (confirmed by a research interview).
- Your medication has been stable (or you have been off meds) for at least 2 weeks before giving blood.
- You are willing to give a blood sample and answer questionnaires about your mood and daily function.
- You do not have a neurological condition like epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, or Parkinson's, or an uncontrolled serious illness.
