This study tests whether a new medicine called HS-10390 can slow kidney disease and reduce protein leaking into urine in people with moderate kidney damage. You must already be taking blood pressure medications (ACE inhibitors or ARBs) to qualify.

Who can take part
- Age 18–70 years old with a healthy weight range (BMI 18–50)
- Diagnosed chronic kidney disease with moderately reduced kidney function (eGFR 30–90)
- Significant protein in urine (albumin/creatinine ratio 300–3000 mg/g) confirmed twice
- Currently on stable doses of ACE inhibitor or ARB blood pressure medicine for at least 4 weeks (and 3+ months total)
- Blood pressure controlled between 90–160 systolic and 60–100 diastolic mmHg
- No recent changes to diabetes, blood pressure, or pain medications in the past 4 weeks
