Who can take part
- Be at least 21 years old
- Have mild-to-moderate anxiety or depression (not severe)
- Read and understand English at a Primary 6 level or better
- Have reliable internet access and a smartphone or device to use the app
- Not currently experiencing psychosis, severe suicidal thoughts, or active crisis
- Able to give informed consent to participate
