This study measures how sensitive your elbow is to pressure and how your body controls pain, comparing people with and without tennis elbow. It aims to understand pain processing in tennis elbow.

Who can take part
- You have had pain on one side of your elbow for more than 6 weeks.
- Your pain is reproduced by at least two of these tests: pressing on the bony bump on the outside of your elbow, resisting wrist extension, extending your middle finger, stretching your wrist muscles, gripping, or a nerve stretch test.
- You do not have any chronic pain conditions like fibromyalgia, irritable bowel syndrome, jaw pain, or migraines.
- You have no nerve problems or sensory loss, especially in your arms.
- You have no long-term pain conditions like arthritis or chronic back pain.
- You are not currently taking pain medications or antidepressants.
- You have no conditions that make cold application unsafe (like Raynaud's disease or diabetes).
