Mulligan Mobilization for Tennis Elbow

Lateral Elbow Tendinopathy (Tennis Elbow)

This study tests whether a hands-on physical therapy technique called Mulligan mobilization can reduce pain and improve function in people with lateral elbow tendinopathy (often called tennis elbow). You'll receive treatment sessions and be compared to other participants to see if this approach works.

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 60 years old
  • You have had one-sided elbow pain and tenderness for at least 3 months
  • Your doctor has confirmed lateral elbow tendinopathy using specific physical tests (tenderness over the outer elbow bump, plus three positive movement tests)
  • You have not had elbow surgery or serious elbow injuries like dislocation or fracture
  • You have not received any treatment for this elbow condition in the past 6 months
  • You do not have neck pain radiating down your arm, rheumatologic disease, or cancer
