  • You have been diagnosed with IPF (idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis).
  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You are willing to take part and sign a consent form.
  • You do not have confusion, dementia, or other serious mental health conditions that would affect participation.
  • You are able to care for yourself and are not confined to bed long-term.
