Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You either have had spontaneous coronary artery dissection (SCAD) or are a healthy person with no major medical problems.
- You are not allergic to dobutamine, Definity (ultrasound contrast agent), or atropine.
- You are not pregnant or able to pause breastfeeding for the study.
- You have not had a heart attack in the last 3 months.
- You do not have severe aortic stenosis or very high blood pressure (above 200/110 mmHg).
