Who can take part
- You must be 18 to 75 years old.
- Your cancer must be advanced and tested positive for a protein called CLDN18.2 (at least 40% of cells with moderate or strong staining).
- You must have completed at least 12 weeks of first-line chemotherapy (with or without immunotherapy) without the cancer getting worse.
- You need to have good organ function (kidney, liver, blood counts) and be well enough to have a procedure called apheresis to collect your cells.
- You cannot have certain serious health issues like uncontrolled infections, heart problems, or active autoimmune diseases.
- You must not have had prior cell therapy (like CAR-T) or other cancer treatments beyond the allowed first-line therapy.
