IM96 CAR-T therapy for advanced stomach cancer

This trial tests a new treatment called IM96 CAR-T cell therapy for people with advanced stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer that has not responded to standard treatments. Who can take part

  • You must be 18 to 75 years old.
  • Your cancer must be advanced stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer that has spread or can't be removed with surgery.
  • You must have already tried standard treatments and they didn't work or caused side effects you couldn't tolerate.
  • Your tumor must test positive for a protein called GUCY2C (this is checked with a biopsy).
  • You must be in good overall health (ECOG score 0-1) and have adequate organ function, as shown by blood tests and heart tests.
