  • You must be between 18 and 30 years old
  • You have been diagnosed with bronchiectasis
  • You have not had a sudden worsening or been in the hospital in the last 4 weeks
  • You can walk without help and are willing to join
  • You have not been in a supervised physical therapy program in the last 6 months
  • You do not have conditions that affect your balance (like certain vision, hearing, or muscle problems)
