  • You are between 18 and 70 years old
  • You have been diagnosed with bronchiectasis (not related to cystic fibrosis)
  • Your condition has been stable for the past 3 months (no severe flare-ups)
  • You do not have any serious heart, nerve, or bone/joint problems that would make exercise unsafe
  • You are able to understand and follow the study instructions
