Who can take part
- You are 19 or older and have a solid tumor cancer (like liver, skin, kidney, bladder, bile duct, head/neck, stomach, breast, colorectal, or MSI-high) that no longer responds to standard treatments.
- You have at least one tumor that a doctor can safely inject with a needle, either just under the skin or using an ultrasound. The tumor must be at least 1 cm wide and not near important blood vessels or organs.
- You have not received a virus-based cancer treatment (like Imlygic) before, and you haven't had other cancer treatments or experimental drugs in the last 4 weeks.
- Your overall health is reasonably good: you can still care for yourself (ECOG 0-2), have a life expectancy of at least 12 weeks, and your blood counts and organ function meet the required levels.
- You do not have uncontrolled brain tumors, active autoimmune disease, serious heart problems, or a weakened immune system (from HIV, high-dose steroids, or organ transplant).
