Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have suspected MASLD (fatty liver disease not from alcohol) based on abnormal ultrasound or liver blood tests.
  • You have a BMI of 25 or higher, or a waistline over 90 cm (men) or 80 cm (women).
  • You have no other liver diseases (like hepatitis B or C, cirrhosis, or liver cancer).
  • You have not had more than a moderate amount of alcohol almost every day in the past 2 years (men: over about 2 drinks daily, women: over about 1.5 drinks daily).
