Who can take part

  • You have a confirmed diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma (a type of liver cancer) that has not spread beyond the liver in a way that surgery can fix.
  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You are generally active and able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You have not had any prior systemic cancer therapy for your liver cancer.
  • You have no history of severe bleeding, blood clots, or liver-related mental confusion.
  • You have not had a liver transplant and do not have active hepatitis B or C that is out of control.
