  • Your average blood sugar (A1C) is below 8%
  • You live in the San Francisco Bay Area and can travel to Novato, CA twice
  • You own an iPhone 6s or later (or Android 12+) and a Dexcom CGM
  • You agree to use an Oura ring and Empatica wristband during the study
