Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- Your breast cancer has spread or cannot be surgically removed.
- Your cancer is HER2-negative (a specific protein test) and has a HER3 gene mutation.
- You have already received at least two previous chemotherapy treatments for advanced breast cancer, including one antibody-drug conjugate or (if you have a BRCA gene change) a PARP inhibitor.
- You are able to swallow pills and have adequate organ function (kidney, liver, heart).
