Who can take part

  • You have a diagnosis of MASLD (fatty liver) confirmed by an imaging test in the last year.
  • You are between 18 and 80 years old and have a Body Mass Index between 18 and 30.
  • You do not have diabetes and are not taking any blood sugar-lowering medications.
  • You have very regular bowel movements (every 1 to 2 days).
  • You have not used antibiotics, prebiotics, or probiotics in the last 3 months, and you do not have any active serious illness.
