  • You are 18 years or older
  • You had a specific type of heart attack called STEMI and received a stent (PCI)
  • After the stent, doctors saw that blood flow in the treated artery was slower than normal but not completely blocked
  • You sign a consent form and agree to follow the study schedule
  • You do not have other serious health issues like bleeding risks, cancer with short life expectancy, kidney or liver problems, or need long-term blood thinners
