Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have prediabetes (HbA1c 6.0-6.5%) and are not taking any diabetes medications, OR you have type 2 diabetes (HbA1c 6.5-7.5%) and cannot take metformin.
- You are eligible for but not currently taking semaglutide.
- Your body weight has been stable (not gained or lost more than 11 lbs) in the last 3 months.
- You agree to keep your current diet, exercise, and lifestyle habits during the study.
- You are willing to complete surveys, diaries, and attend all clinic visits.
