Who can take part
- You are between 1 month and 18 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with dilated cardiomyopathy (weak heart muscle) using an echocardiogram (ultrasound of the heart).
- Your heart's pumping ability is reduced (ejection fraction less than 45%).
- You have been stable for at least 2 weeks before joining the study.
- You are not already taking ACE inhibitors or ARNI medicines for heart failure.
