Who can take part

  • You have heart failure symptoms like shortness of breath or swelling.
  • Your heart's squeezing ability is normal (ejection fraction over 50%).
  • Your NT-proBNP levels are above a certain threshold (higher if you have atrial fibrillation).
  • You have specific signs of heart muscle stiffness or relaxation problems on an echocardiogram.
  • You have not taken ARNI, SGLT2i, or MRA drugs for more than 90 days straight in the past year, and have been off them for at least 30 days.
