Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have chronic kidney disease (CKD).
  • You are scheduled for a CT scan or heart angiography using Omnipaque contrast dye.
  • You are not on dialysis.
  • You are not pregnant and are not in prison or jail.
  • You have not had any other contrast dye within 2 days before or after your procedure.
