Who can take part

  • You have a confirmed genetic diagnosis of familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP).
  • You have had at least two upper gastrointestinal endoscopies (a scope test to look at your stomach and duodenum).
  • Your medical records must include all the details needed for the Spigelman classification (a scoring system for duodenal polyps) from each endoscopy.
  • You have not had any surgery on your duodenum before the first endoscopy in this study.
