This study tests a virtual coach app called MELIORA to help lower breast cancer risk through healthy lifestyle changes. It is for women in certain European countries who are healthy, recently diagnosed with breast cancer, or finished treatment.

Who can take part

  • You are a woman age 18 or older.
  • You live in Greece, Lithuania, Spain, or Sweden, depending on the group.
  • You have a smartphone (iPhone or Android) and can use the MELIORA app.
  • You are willing to use the app for the full 12 months of the study.
  • You have at least one health risk factor, such as: drinking more than one alcoholic drink per day, having a body mass index (BMI) of 25 or higher, not getting enough exercise (less than 150 minutes of moderate activity or 75 minutes of vigorous activity per week), or having a diet that could be improved.
