Healthy lifestyle program for women with breast cancer

Who can take part

  • You are a woman diagnosed with stage I, II, or III breast cancer.
  • You are planning to have surgery, chemotherapy, or hormone therapy for your cancer.
  • You have a mobile phone or another device with internet access.
  • You can understand and speak Spanish.
  • You are able to walk at least 1 kilometer (about half a mile).
  • You do not have serious heart, lung, or muscle problems that prevent physical activity.
