Who can take part

  • You are a woman aged 18–42 years old
  • You have early-stage triple-negative breast cancer (a specific type of breast cancer)
  • You have not received chemotherapy or immunotherapy before
  • Your cancer treatment plan includes both immunotherapy (a PD-L1 inhibitor drug) and a hormone injection called GnRH agonist to protect your ovaries
  • You still have both your ovaries and have not had ovarian radiation therapy
  • You are willing to provide written consent and complete study assessments
