Who can take part

  • You must be between 22 and 50 years old.
  • You must have nearsightedness with or without astigmatism, with a prescription between -2.00 and -9.00 in spherical equivalent.
  • Your vision must be stable for at least 12 months (no major prescription changes).
  • You must have good best-corrected vision (20/20 or better) in both eyes.
  • You must not have had any previous eye surgery, and you cannot have certain eye conditions like keratoconus or severe dry eye.
  • You must be willing to stop wearing contact lenses for a specific period before screening and surgery.
