Who can take part

  • You or your child are 0 to 18 years old.
  • You or your child have a suspected or confirmed liver disease and are already scheduled for a liver biopsy at Queen Silvia Children's Hospital.
  • Or, you or your child are scheduled for a kidney biopsy and can serve as a healthy comparison group.
  • You and your child understand the study and agree to take part (signed consent).
  • There are no technical issues that would make the imaging measurements impossible.
