Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with vestibular migraine or probable vestibular migraine by a doctor.
- You have had at least 5 episodes of moderate to severe dizziness or vertigo lasting 5 minutes to 72 hours.
- You currently have or have had migraine headaches, with or without aura.
- You are willing to keep an electronic diary of your symptoms at least 80% of the time.
- You have not taken more than 2 different migraine prevention medications that failed to help.

This trial tests a new medication called rimegepant (a CGRP inhibitor, which targets a protein involved in migraine) against flunarizine (a commonly used preventive) for vestibular migraine.
