Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • Your stroke happened at least 3 months ago.
  • Your thinking and memory are mostly clear (no serious confusion or dementia).
  • Your leg muscles are not very tight or stiff (only mild or no spasticity).
  • You do not have serious health problems like uncontrolled blood pressure, heart failure, cancer, or fragile bones that could cause broken bones easily.
