Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have advanced or metastatic colorectal cancer that has not been treated before.
  • Your tumor is MSS (a certain type of DNA repair) and does not have changes in RAS or BRAF genes.
  • You are in good enough health to get around and take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • Your organs (kidneys, liver, blood cells) are working well enough as shown by blood tests.
