  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You gave birth at the University of Minnesota Medical Center and were discharged.
  • You are already part of the HOPE-BP blood pressure monitoring program.
  • You are not taking blood pressure medication 2 weeks after delivery.
  • You do not have any other medical condition that would make this trial unsafe for you.
  • You have not opted out of research studies.
