Walking for Women with Underactive Thyroid (WHT)
Part of Hormones & metabolism clinical trials.
This study looks at whether walking can help women with an underactive thyroid (hypothyroidism) feel better, even when they are already taking thyroid medication. It's for women who are not very active and want to try a simple, low-impact exercise program.
