  • Be between 18 and 64 years old.
  • Have a body mass index (BMI) from 18.5 to 39.9 kg/m² (normal weight to obese).
  • Weigh at least 110 pounds for men or 99 pounds for women.
  • No history of diabetes, high blood sugar, or any type of pancreatitis.
  • No current gallbladder disease, recent cancer, or family history of certain thyroid cancers.
