- You have been diagnosed with OCD by a doctor
- You can speak and understand Czech
- You do not have other serious medical or mental health conditions
- You are not currently abusing drugs or alcohol
- You can take antidepressants, antipsychotics, or sleep aids, but not other psychiatric medications like benzodiazepines
- You are not pregnant, do not have epilepsy, balance problems, or implanted medical devices
