Focused ultrasound for Parkinson's cognitive symptoms

Who can take part

  • You are between 22 and 80 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease (the common type, not another form).
  • Your movement symptoms are moderate to severe when you haven't taken your medication (score of 25 or higher on a standard test).
  • You have been on the same Parkinson's medications for at least 30 days before joining.
  • You can speak and understand English, and can have an MRI or ultrasound safely.
  • You do not have a history of seizures, brain surgery, or other serious brain conditions (like a tumor or multiple sclerosis).
