Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older and have a diagnosis of peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL) — including certain subtypes like anaplastic large cell lymphoma, angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma, or hepatosplenic T-cell lymphoma.
  • You have already tried at least one standard treatment for your lymphoma. If you have anaplastic large cell lymphoma, you must have received a CD30-targeted therapy (like brentuximab vedotin).
  • You have not been treated before with a PI3K inhibitor (like linperlisib) or an EZH2/EZH1/2 inhibitor.
  • Your lymphoma can be measured on scans (at least one tumor that can be evaluated), and your overall health is good enough to be able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0–2).
  • Your organs (liver, kidneys, etc.) are working well, and you are expected to live at least 3 months.
  • You are willing to use effective birth control during the study and for 6 months after your last dose, if you or your partner could become pregnant.
