Who can take part

  • You must have taken part in a previous study of WVE-N531.
  • You should not have had serious side effects from WVE-N531 in the past.
  • Your general health should not have gotten worse since your last dose or when you left the earlier study.
  • If there is a gap of more than 31 days between your last dose in the earlier study and starting this one, the doctor and study team need to discuss it first.
  • You cannot use any recreational drugs (including prescribed marijuana) within 2 months before starting this study, and you must agree not to use them during the study. Alcohol and nicotine are okay.
