Who can take part

  • You must be male and between 13 and 45 years old.
  • You need to weigh at least 30 kg (66 lbs) and have a body mass index between 18 and 36.
  • A genetic test must confirm you have the full Fragile X mutation (200 or more CGG repeats).
  • You must be able to take tablets or capsules by mouth.
  • You need a caregiver who can help and be with you regularly during the study.
