Who can take part

  • You are a man between 18 and 45 years old.
  • You have a confirmed diagnosis of Fragile X syndrome with a specific genetic test result.
  • You have a weight between 50 kg (110 lbs) and 100 kg (220 lbs), and a body mass index (BMI) between 18.5 and 32.
  • A parent or reliable caregiver must be able to come with you to all study visits and help the study team.
  • You do not have a current diagnosis of severe autism or other major psychiatric condition, and you have not had seizures or epilepsy in the past.
  • You are not taking certain medications, or you are on stable doses as allowed by the study.
