  • You had a stroke at least 6 months ago.
  • You are between 45 and 60 years old.
  • You have mild thinking or memory issues after your stroke (not severe).
  • You have some muscle tightness in your shoulder, elbow, or hand but can still move them a bit.
  • You finished high school or have the same level of education.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18.5 and 24.9.
