Who can take part

  • It's been at least 6 months since your first stroke (due to a clot or bleeding in the brain).
  • You have mild to moderate weakness in one arm and hand (some movement, but not fully functional).
  • You are 18 or older.
  • You can sit in a chair or wheelchair and use the therapy app for a full session.
  • You have some basic experience using a smartphone.
  • You are willing to join the therapy program and sign consent.
