Who can take part

  • You have prostate cancer confirmed by a biopsy.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You can go about your daily activities with minimal help (ECOG 0-2).
  • A recent PET scan shows between 4 and 20 spots where the cancer has spread.
  • Your doctor believes it is safe to treat all those spots with precise radiation (SABR).
  • You agree to use effective birth control during and for 6 months after treatment (if applicable).
  • You will receive standard hormone therapy (ADT) but not starting with docetaxel chemotherapy.
