Who can take part
- You have prostate cancer confirmed by a biopsy.
- You are 18 years or older.
- You can go about your daily activities with minimal help (ECOG 0-2).
- A recent PET scan shows between 4 and 20 spots where the cancer has spread.
- Your doctor believes it is safe to treat all those spots with precise radiation (SABR).
- You agree to use effective birth control during and for 6 months after treatment (if applicable).
- You will receive standard hormone therapy (ADT) but not starting with docetaxel chemotherapy.
