Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 70 years old.
- You have had dizziness for more than 3 months.
- Your dizziness is from an inner ear condition like vestibular neuritis, BPPV, or unilateral vestibular hypofunction.
- Your dizziness is not caused by a brain condition like multiple sclerosis or stroke.
- You are not in the middle of a sudden dizziness attack.
- You are able to see well enough to do the exercises, have no major movement problems, and can follow instructions.
