Who can take part
- You have chronic (ongoing) dizziness that has not been fully treated with biofeedback, therapy, or other methods.
- You have not already received biofeedback, cognitive behavioral therapy (a type of talk therapy), or a treatment called symptom-driven exposure and response prevention for your dizziness.
- You are able to give written consent (or have a parent/guardian do so) and can understand English.
- You do not have a history of seizures, epilepsy, or conditions that increase seizure risk.
- You do not have untreated mental health conditions, psychotic features, or an intellectual or developmental disability that would affect participation.
