Who can take part
- You are 18 to 65 years old
- You have bipolar I, bipolar II, or schizoaffective bipolar type (confirmed by a doctor)
- You have been on a stable mood stabilizer for at least one month
- You have a BMI of 30 or more, or a BMI of 27 or more plus a weight-related health problem
- You have not had bariatric surgery (like gastric bypass or sleeve)
- You do not have severe depression, mania, psychosis, or an eating disorder right now
