Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have advanced colorectal cancer that has spread to other parts of the body.
  • Your tumor has a RAS mutation (confirmed by a standard test).
  • Your first treatment (chemotherapy plus an antiangiogenic drug) kept the cancer under control for more than 6 months, or you have only one site where the cancer has spread.
  • You have not had another cancer in the last 5 years (except certain skin cancers or cervical cancer).
  • You do not have brain metastases or any other serious uncontrolled health condition.
